• Advice and Support: £40 per hour

(Fixed Fee for divorce cases maybe available. Please discuss this at your initial consultation)

1.2. Financial Settlements

• Initial Advice Session (1 hour): £40.00
• Drafting Financial Consent Orders: £40.00
• Support in Negotiations: £40.00 per hour

2. Small Claims Services

2.1. Personal Injury Claims

• Initial Consultation (30 minutes): £20.00
• Document Preparation and Advice: £100.00
• Ongoing Support and Guidance: £40.00 per hour

2.2. Public Liability Claims

• Initial Assessment: £100.00
• Drafting of Claim Letters: £50.00
• Ongoing Support: £40.00 per hour

2.3. Employer Liability Claims

• Initial Consultation (30 minutes): £20.00
• Case Evaluation and Advice: £100.00
• Document Drafting and Support: £40.00 per hour

3. Document Drafting Services

• General Document Drafting: £50.00 - £100.00 (depending on complexity)
• Letters Before Action: £50.00
• Settlement Agreements: £50.00 - £100 (depending on complexity)

4. Mediation Referrals

• Signposting to Trusted Mediators: Free
• Preparation of Mediation Position Statements: £50.00

5.1. Fixed Fees

Where possible, we offer fixed fees for certain services to provide cost certainty.

5.2. Hourly Rates

For services charged by the hour, our standard hourly rate is £40.00.

5.3. Disbursements

Additional costs, such as court fees or expert reports, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance..

6. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
• Payment plans can be discussed for certain services.
